When: Wednesday, January 14, 2025 7:00-8:00 pm
Where: ASC Clubhouse (510 Industrial Pkwy South) or Online (Virtual Meeting)
How: To participate, you must pre-register before 11:00 pm January 11, 2026.

How to Pre-Register for AGM

All registered members in good standing are encouraged to join. Send an email to ASCSecretary@aurorasoccerclub.com with the following:

• Your full name, phone number, preferred email address
• Indicate if you will attend in person or online – so we can send you the link

Confirmation of your registration and AGM details will be sent prior to the meeting.

We are always looking for great talent and energy. In 2026 the Club is looking for support in finance, league convenors, community engagement and legal areas. Nominations will be reviewed by the nominations committee for approval at the AGM.
