How to Change Your SE Profile Picture

NOTE: SportsEngine sometimes flips the picture sideways! If you are experiencing this, please:

  • First try to crop your image on your phone so that the width of the image is smaller than the height.
  • If that didn’t work, try using a computer browser rather than your phone. Instructions are at the end of this page.

STEP 1: Open SportsEngine Team App on your phone

Login to your SE app using the same credentials you used to register in the ASL.

Go to your ACCOUNT at the bottom of the app.

STEP 2: Tap of your profile picture

STEP 3: Take or upload a new photo

Please make sure your take your photo in front of an empty white wall, only headshot: shoulders and above, no hat, glasses, etc. IMPORTANT: Please hold the phone vertically, otherwise sports engine will rotate your picture and it will look sideways! Example:

If you have trouble on your phone, please use a computer browser:

Login to your account and go to this URL: https://my.sportngin.com/user/household
You should be in Household page. Click on three dots besides your name and select VIEW PROFILE:

Then click on the camera icon by your picture and try uploading the new one.
