AURORA SOCCER CLUB EVENTS
Aurora Soccer Club Members and the greater public are encouraged to join us for our various community events and fundraisers.

The Aurora Soccer Club is hosting the Viva Italia Soccer Celebration event on Saturday, June 14th, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The event is part of Viva Italia: A Month of Celebration, Culture, and Community, organized by Rosa Calabrese of the Royal Rose Gallery.
The club invites all members to come out and enjoy an exciting array of Italian activities and hospitality for the entire family. An exhibition soccer game will open the event at 3:00 PM, celebrating Italy’s love of soccer, between club Italian soccer players and their sons. The game ball will be presented by Mayor Tom Mrakas and Councillor John Gallo. Throughout the event, we will be offering Italian BBQ foods, beverages, wine tasting by Vin Bon, face painting, music, Italian coffee, and espressos. Attendees can try their hand at Bocce ball on the side field, and Briscola cards will be available on tables in the clubhouse. Three local companies will also be introducing their Italian products and services.
The event starts at 3:00 PM on Saturday, June 14th, at the Aurora Soccer Club, 510 Industrial Parkway South, Aurora, and runs until 6:00 PM or 6:30 PM – admission is free!
We are excited to announce the return of an enduring tradition—the annual Scotland-England friendly soccer match, as part of our Charity Soccer Day celebrations. This event, steeped in history, is more than just a game; it’s a testament to our shared heritage, a celebration of resilience, and a bond that unites us all.
If you’re of Scottish or English descent, and you feel the call to represent your roots, this is the moment to step forward. As we honor this historic rivalry, we invite you to be an integral part of the event and contribute to the spirit of friendly competition.
As part of this Charity Soccer Day, the club will also host a Canada vs Rest-of-the-World match before to ensure all members can enjoy playing and watching a game.
- 1PM – Canada vs Rest-of-the-World Match
- 3PM – Scotland vs England Match
This year, we gather once again on Saturday, July 12th. We kindly ask that you plan to arrive by half an hour before your respective game. Your presence—whether on the field or cheering from the stands—adds to the festive atmosphere and fuels the spirit of competition.
The Aurora Soccer Club’s Charity Soccer Day is a fundraiser for the Southlake Regional Health Centre.
